​I (Koen) started out by singing a melody line of chords moving down a scale and recording that with a phone. Then I started singing vocals on top of it. Mostly it was a lot of trial & error. The lyrics I then based on a great piece of artwork (a soundwave) from which I took the theme "sound" (so also words like melody or song) and the word "hello", which was also printed on the paper. Last but not least Woody interpreted the song in his own awesome way which made the song unexpected and very original.
